    Sodexo has implemented a rigorous process for selecting its suppliers based on various criteria: production methods and conditions, respect for the environment, product quality, origins and traceability, and quality and labor safety processes- Key figure: 60% of the products are directly purchased from producers in France.

    Make meaningful choices about the origin, the organoleptic quality and signs of products quality. Respect products seasonality.
